Hi all, I have been wanting to try some butters for the winter. Are there any that help define curly hair and help with the frizz? I ordered some avocado butter off ebay but I'm not sure it was the right thing because it wasn't really thick and creamy, it was a more of a thin texture. Thanks in advance for your help.

elasta qp mango butter is the only one that gives me definition and shine

The wet set pudding lasts well for me and I do 12 hour shifts . I always have a bit of frizz no matter what though, but that's just me. Have you tried the KCCC yet? That is pretty much fool-proof and long lasting.

Not yet. I've been reading reviews about it though :yep:

Well, the KCCC is more gel like than a butter or pudding, but if you want frizz gone, that's your ticket. Just make sure to use a leave in under it.

Another good gel that gets rid of frizz is Fantasia Ic gel w/ sparkalites, if you haven't tried that. Also good under a leave in. However, I prefer KCCC over it because of the ingredients and how my hair feels in general.

I tried the Fantasia IC gel with sparkalites and it made my hair crunchy but it was fuzzy again by lunch time. I might give in and get the KCCC b/c all I can do at this point is wash and go so it has to look like I tried to do something :lachen:
