Walgreen's would never do this, but wouldn't it be great if they categorized by 3B, 3C, 4A, etc. It would save me time and heart ache

Hmm. I'm not so sure that would really be helpful in finding products that would be good for a person's specific individual hair needs. There are tons of 4a naturals on here that may rave like nuts about a product that does nothing for my hair, or even jacks it up. (V05 :swearing:)

Textured was the first thing that came to my mind but now I'm not sure but I can't think of anything else besides relaxed but not everyone has relaxed hair so I still don't know.

shouldn't it have a more multicultural feel...I'm sure we're not the only one's to shop in the "ethnic" section....:look: are we?

I think "Ethnic" is just fine. It doesn't need to be a term that everyone likes or finds PC. Just as long as the people who need the products, understand where to look. THe more obvious the better. Even "Afro Hair" works. With the right term, most would know that they would find products for "our" kind of hair, being a product for relaxed, natural ... etc
