How long do you keep it in?
How often do you use it?
Do you followup with a con deep treatment?

This is a really rich conditioner - I use it as a deep conditioner. I wash, condition under a hooded dryer for 15 minutes then rollerset. It's nice, one of my staples. I don't use it every week but I use it frequently.

LOVE IT!!!!, been using it for years, it saved my hair during my Blondie years!! I used the CPR shampoo, then apply the CPR DC in the jar & leave on for ever how long I feel like it. Usually at least an hour cause I'm doing other stuff around the house, but you don't have to leave it that long to see results. I'm hair type 4a/b relaxed & CPR has always left my hair soft, strong, & moist. LOL I guess that's why I was so disappointed with my Redken All Soft Heavy Cream......, way more money for less results.:yep:

I used the one in the bottle. Is there a difference between whats in the bottle vs. the tub?

I loved it. Gave me lots of slip. I used it as a DC and i never followed up with anything else...Plus it was inexpensive.

Love this conditioner, is moisturizing and it leaves my new growth very managable. I use it with and without heat but I don't use any other conditioner afterwards.

Seeing that it is a protein treatment, do you followup with a moisturizing treatment?
The one in the jar needs no extra moisture, the one in the bottle is a reconstructor, I bought it by mistake thinking I was getting the shampoo, but it worked well also. I mixed it with other conditioners I used that had moisture.but you don't have to do this. They both give nice slip.

I always follow any protein treatment with a moisturizing one, if even for 5 mins no heat. But that's just me :)

Okay, so I'm a Redken fanatic and I love Heavy Cream...BUT is it me or is almost JUST LIKE Lustrasilk shea butter cholesterol with mango? The slip was freaking identical!

I don't know, I haven't tried Lustrasilk, but for me the Heavy Cream wasn't heavy enough.:perplexed
