I see this infomercial all the time. I'm tempted to try it but first wanted to know if anyone has experience with it?

I  it! It takes a little while to get used to. I use it once every few days and I am 7 weeks post relaxer. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Wen. The almond mint has been my favorite so far.:yep:

The infomercial says it a cleanser meaning no conditioner needed, but do you still use any other products? Can you use it as a leave-in? can you only order it online or did you get it in a store?

The infomercial says it a cleanser meaning no conditioner needed, but do you still use any other products? I do use other products but believe me it's really streamlined my stash. I'll use my henna/conditioner/oil mix for strength and color, coconut/castor/olive oils and some molasses because I need a light protein for my hair and this helps with shedding. I might use some Elasta QP's mango butter for styling purposes but other than that I haven't been using anything. Not even my beloved Herbal Essence LTR. I've been using it for about three weeks and it's true that the longer you use it, the better it gets. I used it once and thought errrr :perplexed.... well it's softer but I don't see what the big whoop is about. Then I used it again and ahhhhhhhh sookie sookie nigh! It's good stuff. :yep:

Can you use it as a leave-in? Yup. Sure can! I smooth it on my hair after washing and seal with coconut oil.

I bought mine online from QVC. It's the cheapest.... unless you get the 29.95 kit from Chaz Dean's site.

Side note: This has reaaaaaaaally helped me with breakage, maintaining softness, and keeping my scalp happy. I've done co-washes before and once I got the hang of it, it was ok but this is far better IMHO. I was a little skeptical about not using shampoo but this has been the best for my hair.

BTW I wouldn't buy the biggest size until you see if you like it. I was blessed enough to get it from a lady on here first (thank you!) and I haven't looked back since.

Thanks for the review. I've always had problems with dry, bittle breakage. I think without the stripping ingredients in Wen my hair can keep the retain moisture. Good tip about getting the smallest bottle; I'm gonna give Wen a try.:yep:
