I Posted this in another thread but I got no response....so I decided to post it in its own thread because I think the results are more than worth it....

Ladies have you ever tried the Matrix Sleek.look Conditioner.....My white roommate put me on to this.....No conditioner that I have ever tried makes my hair feel silkier and softer than this.....I strongly urge you ladies to try this....Soon as you put it on your hair you realize how much slip it gives you......

I first used this stuff when I was transitioning and it is the BOMB!! I tried to use it again, since I went natural and it just doesn't work like it did.

I was curious... so I googled it...

Southern Tease posted the ingredients....

They are not what I think most LHCF members would consider GREAT ingredients...but it really does make your hair feel like silk.....

okay, ima hold you to it!! lol.. ima try it next month!!

Please Hold me to it.....I guarantee you will like it...I can't see how anybody would get an adverse effect/affect...I don't know...lol

Really I used it when I was both natural and relaxed...it produced great slip and made my hair soft with either texture...

I was curious... so I googled it...

Thanks for posting the ingredients...Honestly I only use the conditioner...the shampoo and all the other steps never did anything special for me...but that conditioner is The Truth (in LHCF) words!!

You know what? My stylist used to use this on me several years ago. This was when I was going to the JCPenny Salon. Yea, I remember it did feel great. I haven't picked it up in years. I'll add it to the list for 2009 purchase!

I've been using the shampoo & conditioner for 3 years now.

She ain't lyin' this stuff is the truth! All the relaxed ladies should especially love it.

Anyone use the intense conditioner or the recon. treatment?
I might pic. this cond. up and try it out next weekend.

Is this moisture or protein?

Alcohol scares me unless its in a glass over ice....

This stuff isn't that type of alcohol....here is the definition for the alcohol found in this conditioner:

Cetearyl Alcohol-An emulsifying wax derived from naturally occurring fatty acids from coconut oil, which forms a occlusive film to keep skin moisture from evaporating

Is this moisture or protein?

It has both moisturizing contents and protein....mostly moisturizing IMO because of the way it makes my hair feel.......

I'm glad someone got my back....this stuff really is great!!! Makes your hair feel like butter....and it smells like you just left the salon...

Thank you! I've put a couple of products down because I saw ceteryl alcohol as the second ingredient.

:giggle: You naughty lady, you ...

Girl....CHEERS!

I'm going to try the poo and conditioner out. Right now, I don't know what products to use for my hair or what I'm eventually going to do with my hair at this point in time.:ohwell:

I may try this. I'm in the market for a new conditioner to bring with me to the salon.

Hmm...The ingredients actually aren't as bad as a lot of ingredients I've seen in conditioners. It seems very moisturizing and has silk amino acids for adding strength. Seems like a pretty good one to me.

Girl, you must not know how I do. I'll be there tonight

Goodie Goodie Gum Drops....I should have known...... I know your name...and I definitely remember some of your posts...I forgot you were in PJA...Product Junkies Anonynmous....

BTW I'm not advocating the shampoo (even though it smells great) I really was giving props to the conditioner because of how slippery and silky it makes my hair feel.....

its not that the shampoo is bad just nothing special...ok I'm rambling...
