I just took my braids down last night to re-do them today,and my hair is kinda soft...I need to add some strength to my strands stat.

Any tips are appreciated:yep:

I really like protein/reconstructuring treatments.
using less heat
deep conditioning in a way adds strength but in another way.

ORS Mayo. I first used it after a bunch of shedding after I took down some braids I had in for 4 weeks. I would say it helped with 80 - 90% of the breakage.

i have been using aphogee 2 minute reconstructor for a while now and its good. but when i finally used the shampoo i feel in love and it made the 2 minute work even better. i mean instant strength. its now my staple shampoo and conditioner duo.

I wash my hair twice a week or every 3 or 4 days. And lately I use Aphogee Shampoo & Aphogee 2 Min Recon every other wash.
But I use the Aphogee Keratin Green Tea Restructurizer Leave-In after every wash. My hair loves this so far.
