Ok so I ordered frome easypetstore end of Aug ... yeah still waiting ... "well the Post Office has been taking their time delivering the liquids" followed by "you have to wait 30 days before we can even issue any type of refund" ... WTH .......

ok so I re-ordered last week from Neeps .........FEDEX says it was left on my doorstop ... however it was NOT ...

sorry honey! I ordered from valleyvet with no problem. However fed-ex/ups said it was delivered and i looked on my front door to no avail. i was about to scream but looked on my patio door and saw it. i guess they were too lazy to walk 20 feet to the front door lol.

That is actually a good idea. I've had deliveries leaning against the side of the house that got overlooked for days and rained on cause they were in an inconspicuous spot.:ohwell:

I got mine from valleyvet and it came within a few days. Please check everywhere. I have had deliveries placed behind my trashcan in my driveway and didn't find it until trash day!!!
 
also, from reading the ovation/megatek thread, i've learned that easypetstore was not a reliable place to order from. i like valleyvet and i willn use them again and again
 
Yeah no luck, I just filed the dispute with paypal. There is a similar street name in the neighborhood so I'm guessing it went there, as we have had their deliveries before.
 
Oh that's not cool at all!!! I ordered from east pet store and kv vets and no problems. I wanted to order the gallon from neeps but they were sold out.

I hope you get your stuff soon, girl. I know how it is about that MT.....
 
Oh wow :( I ordered from stagecoastwest on Saturday and received mine today. How about trying to have it delivered to your job?

It shouldn't be this hard to get something you paid for. :nono: This sounds bad. I'm sorry that you are having this problem. Keep harrassing the companies and FedEx. There are several MT/OCT users that are having problems with shipments.

I ordered several bottles on different occasions and even had one sent to my sister from www.Kvvet.com and I have had no problems. They use UPS and UPS left it on the porch of my sister's house and it was there. Try to go with a company that uses UPS. But first see if you can get what you paid for from those other companies. Also kvvet has a coupon discount code #054.

i ordered mines from kvvet.com. They use UPS 3 day which is super fast!!! Also coupon code 054 saves you $5. Hope you get your MT soon.
