Thanks! I wear weaves as my protective style, and usually wear an install for 3 months at a time. I follow the regimen below when I wear my weaves.

Wash 1x week with Creme of Nature
Condition w/ Mane N Tail
DC 1x week Pantene Pro V relaxed and natural (really good slip)
Leave in conditioner - Infusium 23
Moisturize every day with glycerin and water and seal my ends with coconut oil
Clarify 1x month w/Suave clarifying shampoo

When I don't have a weave, which is not that often, I basically follow the same regimen except that I cowash almost daily with Hello Hydration (blue bottle) and put my hair in a wet bun for the day. My reggie is pretty simple.
