My edges are growing back since taking BIOTIN:cowgirl: - what has worked for you?

Are there any ladies still struggling :ohwell: with this issue? I feel that co washing often also helps.:clapping::clapping:

I was using it on prescription from a trichologist. It was 5%. I have not used it for a while now and my hair is still there. I am babying the hair that is there now so that it won't fall out.

MTG grew my edges back in less than a month and i have been struggling with thin edges for years due to a too tight weave install. I don't care what people say about the smell it's cheaper than most of the growth aides people talk about on this forum, and it works really well. It is the truth!! If you use a moderate amount overnight the smell should be gone by the next morning, and you can always mask the smell with an EO.

not putting tension on my edges (i.e - not pulling them back with bands or braiding that area too tight, if at all).

basically, no special tricks; leaving my edges alone.

Can someone please tell me what MN is. Thanks.

Miconazole Nitrate..AKA coochie cream. :yep: Yep this works.

I grew my edges & bald spots back with an essential oil blend.
There are many proven growth aides on the board; choose wisely and have some patience and "stick-to-it-iveness"

Relaxing them once a year
Massaging them with butters and oils (avocado butter, castor oil, coconut oil)

I think biotin is great for growing out hair too, how long have you been using it and what brand please??
