I thought it would be fun to state your hair wonders/concerns/rhetorical questions/anything in this thread. I started off with 'why come...' b/c that phrase is hilarious to me, LOL. I'll start first...

Why come my hair is so easy to wash and handle the first couple of weeks after a touch-up?

Why come I should be unpacking and fixing up my new apt but I'm on the hair board with a deep conditioner in my hair?

Why come I'm so excited to flat iron my entire length for the first time since April?

(sorry if there's a thread like this already! I've been away for some days so I haven't been up to date)
 
Why does the front of my hair act a fool like it doesn't want to grow!!! Can I PLEASE get past chin in the front!!!???
 
Why does my hair respond to abuse & negligence, but doesn't respond quick enough to proper care:wallbash::wallbash:

I am ready to see some new growth. :lachen:

Why did my wash and go this week look not so defined, but I didn't care b/c I was just happy it looked long, LOL...(I should've taken a pic).

Why do I have 50-11 hair pics on my comp, but no fotki?

How come (for Nonie;)) shed hair gets all down "there" when washing your hair in the shower?

Why am I up first thing in the morning on LHCF and the last thing at night:rolleyes:.

How come family members ask me about my hair regimin and I still see them using Black Gel:nono:.

How come I gave up a date to Red Lobster because I had a date with my hair that night:lachen:.
 
LOL @ "why come". Everytime I hear someone say that I think about that little girl in Waiting To Exhale.

Why is my hair shedding something awful? :(

One day I just woke up and the front was about an inch past my chin--I was so happy! Your's will get past chin, I promise:yep:.

Another why come...Why come I have all sorts of chores to do to get my life together before school starts but I've been on LHCF at least 3 hours each day?!

Not hair related, but have to share...Why come I found a PedEgg in RiteAid last night and was so excited, even though I swore to myself that I wouldn't be buying any non-essentials/already-budgeted for items for a while (just came back from vacay and pockets are kinda on E right now)?

I'm sure she didn't mean it the way it came out, but the phrase in itself can be misread or misinterpreted by anyone. It just didn't sound right at all to me....but that's me. :ohwell:

Why come I had a dream last night that my brother became a member of LHCF and was asking questions in the relationship forum about how to get a girl ? :perplexed:look::nono:

Why come I can't keep braids in more than 4 weeks, and trying so hard not to take mine out now?

Why come my hair is at the same length it was 6 months ago cause of breaking/trims?

Why come I'm supposed to be looking for a job but I'm on this forum?

Why come I'm not at BSL yet?

Why come my ends are so chewed and raggedy, when I try to pamper them so much?

Why come I'm in a self-installed sew-in, when my hair is APL and thick? People must think I'm bald.

Why come I'm on LHCF when I know I should carry my behind to sleep?

Why come DH's hair and nails grow like greased lightning, when he just chops them both off? And he doesn't even take a multivitamin, or anything? While I'm choking down handfuls of supplements, doing scalp massages, and on and on to get my ish to grow?

WHHHYYY was i thinkin this same thing while laying in bed @ 3am yesterday instead of sleeping

Why does my hair get bigger as the day goes by.

Why did putting a jet black semi perm dye in my hair make my curls pop? (actually....lemme stop complaining about that....)

Why does my hair resist most gels?
...and on that note...
Why did my hair laugh hysterically at me when i tried to tame it with fantasia IC?

Why doesn't my foundation last more then 3 hours?
 
Why come my hair snags on itself whenever I wear it out? (Just read the oil sheen tip on the nape and may be trying it out soon.)

Why did I do my first dusting yesterday and felt so empowered cutting my own hair for the first time ever!?:lachen: It was so liberating.
