I used it when I was relaxed. Thought it made my hair very soft. You should def. give it a try.

I and my stylist used it on my hair when I was relaxed (mainly for roller sets). It always did a good job.

How much is it and where can I find it? (which stores carry PM? )
When it cools down some I want to start ponytail roller setting.

It shouldn't be much. You could find it at trade secrets or Ulta. I know Paul Mitchell comes in small sample like sizes, especially at ulta. You might be able to find some in a small bottle there.

It's a good product, but don't use a lot. It can weigh the hair down. Matter of fact, I just used some last night on a co-worker after she used some color. It made her hair very soft and shiny.

You only use a little. For roller sets, put it on your hair while it is still damp and then section your hair. If you don't feel like you have enough, then use a little more then take a spray bottle with only a little water in it and mist your hair and it will create more pomade for you without having to use more product. Then roll your hair like normal. I think you will like it.

I used to use this alot when I did WnG, but it does weigh the hair down if you use too much.

I use this on my natural hair in addition to Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt.

I take sections and use a quater to half dollar size of PMSS, and then a few drops of PMFP (for each section). Then I mix together in my palms and apply to soaking wet sections of hair that has been layered with Kerastase Oleo Relax Elixir and/or PM Super Skinny Serum.

I get perfect results!

Has anyone tried this and what are your reveiws?

I used to use this in high school. It always made my hair silky and smooth (I was relaxed). I can't speak on the ingredients because I didn't care about that then.

If I were still relaxed, I would definitely use it for rollersets. Actually, I may get some to use when I flat iron.

I am transitioning and I love this stuff, I use it to set my braids for braid outs. It smells really good. Its really concentrated to I mixed some with distilled water in a spray bottle and it still foams. I love it.

when i was relaxed i used it all the time for WNG's and loved it. Can't wait to try it again when I'm fully natural.

im going to try this. i am in love with his the was, tea tree line, and moistur mist. paul mitchell has great products.

This was one of my staples in college when I was relaxed. It turned my WNG's into perfect curly waves. I would use the Foaming Pomade and then a little Brocato Serum to make sure it didn't frizz up.

My stylist @ Salon Revive uses this along with one of the Aveda gels to finger style natural hair. The curls really pop and come out very shiney.

However, PMFP does contain mineral oil. I personally don't mind a lil petro oil every blue. I haven't tried this product combo @ home yet but I plan too.

HTH

This is the greates product for me. It leave my hair shiny, silky and soft. I don't use much bx as sad it can weigh the hair down but I lllluuuuuvvvvvv it.

HMMM maybe I should pick some of this up. I'm already in love with PM "Super Clean Spray"

I also used it when I was relaxed. It made my hair very soft and also gave a great hold. Also keep in mind that a little goes a long way.

A caucasian (sp) friend of mine with curly hair swears by this product. If it is heavy...will it weigh down my curls so I can get more length? Does anyone with natural hair have pics using this product?

any updates??

I see many people used it when they were relaxed.

I would love to hear more feedback from naturals
or other product suggestions

As a natural I used it for three years with wash and go's. My combination was first apply PM Leave-In "The Conditioner," followed by palm mixed Foaming Pomade and Bed Head Control Freak(frizz control) to wet hair. I did this for three years about every other morning. It just keep my curly ringlets looking like they were wet.

I didn't decide this combination on my own....this was what my hairdresser instructed....I was just a follower.
