braids or kinky twist

I need to get something done to my head before class start. Which ones is less damaging to the side? Do kinky twist last at least two months?

it depends on the size, cause either can be damaging if they are too small, especially micros...

IDK about two months for ANY hairstyle, braids included, but thats just me.

I would go with kinky twist. Just don't get them too small. I had them earlier this summer.
