I think it looked really beautiful and almost 'regal' on her , and the braider's hair was beautifully braided too

but your right it did look like it might be alot of tension on the edges

but it really did look beautiful on her, to me

I kinda like it. I think you would see more intricate braiding styles like this in the motherland, minus the synthetic hair. The braider is wearing shouder pads, so this may have been done in the 80's

It did look 'regal' and very shiny. I liked it, but I sure wouldn't wear it.

Regal was what came to my mind as well; like a braided crown. The whole video does look like a throw back though to the 80's.

ITA, but when she finished the braids and left them sticking up like that I just started I was like no she not gonna leave it hanging out like that!
