billyjay wat a pretty eye you have..lol

I had the pink and white ion I didn't really like it cause it never seemed like it was drying or getting to the back that well but it did do alright with my DC

LMAO at Lady Dazey my mom has one of those from when I was younger...I'm mad people even know about those I thought my mom was the only one who owned one. I think my sister has just inherited her so she lives on.

I used a pink Ion table top that I bought about 5 years ago. Before that, I was using one by Conair for years. But I got in on the first pibbs deal, and it is a lot more convenient to use.

I have an Ion - the pink one from Sally's. I put it on the kitchen counter and I pull up a chair. I used to put it on my ironing board, or I would put it in a chair and sit on the floor. When I did rollersets I used it for those. I use it for deep conditioning.
i bought this one in april and it broke last week, 2 days after the 90 day return period ended. the hinge just cracked right in half...wtf were they thinking making it plastic?!

I have a Gold n Hot. They are pretty good. This is the only kind I have ever bought. They usually last about 4-5 years b4 something goes wrong which is long enough for me since they only cost 30-40 dollars.. Im on my 3rd one.

I have a Conair. It takes hella long to dry my hair though and the bottom rollers never get dry all the way. I have to turn my head sideways....in other words i need to get another dryer.:ohwell:

me too! working w/my 2nd gold-n-hot.
its time for me to get a pibbs or a knock-off.

WOW! I didn't realize so many had one.

I want to get the babyliss but I don't want to spend that much money on a dryer:perplexed so you know a pibbs is O-U-T!

so then most of you are not using them for roller setting?

i am thinking about that hot tools or ion or even a golden hot???? IDK!

what is this Natural Wonders all of y'all have? do they still make them? i am going to google it. is it the same as the "dazey???"

:)

I had one until last thursday...R.I.P. to my Gold-N-Hot...it fell off of my couch and the hinge broke...but it was pretty reliable, and survived trips back and forth to college and also the few times that i used it over the last 8 years:look:

All of you ladies with the Little Daisey and Natural Wonder dryers hold on to them. Mine fell and the neck snapped off a few yrs back but it was over 10yrs old. The retarded behind GoldnHot just died the second one at that. My salon one decided not to work any more some months ago. I'll be getting a Pibbs later this yr. finally!

I have the purple Ion from Sally's. I use mine to deep condition and dry my rollerset hair. I hate sitting under it because I need to buy bigger rollers and my hair takes forever to dry. We're talking almost 2 hours. :perplexed

I have a Gold N Hot from Sallys. Had a Dazey Natural Wonder that sat in the closet broken for years. I discovered this just about the same time I discovered LHCF. So in came the Gold N Hot.

I used to use it for DCs, colors and rollersets. I hate dragging it out the closet and setting it up. We have no place really comfortable to put it. So I'm buying a stand dryer and comfortable chair. Then I will be able to go back to DCing w/heat and rollersetting.

I used to have an ancient one that I bought from a garage sale, and used it for years for wet wraps, DC and rollersets. I just upgraded to the hot tools stand dryer, and its alot better. But hey...the table-top got the job done too!

I have a pink Ion from Sally's and hate it. It doesn't reach my bottom rollers, so I have to do bootleg rollersets and have all of the rollers on the top half of my head :perplexed

I use it for dc's and rollersets

I have a Hot Tools that I can ONLY use for deep conditioning because my head is too big to fit under it with rollersets....THERE, I SAID IT...waaaaahhhhh momma

Everybody has one, LOL. I really want a Pibbs though because I sit under the GoldnHot dryer for over two hours and sometimes my hair is still not dry. I usually use large rollers and that doesn't help. I've been trying to persuade my SO to buy me one (he offered to do it but rings are expensive) so that I can spend less time under the dryer and more time with him.

The upside to this is that I can sit under the dryer and surf on LHCF :user:
