There's one on Hilton Street that I wanna try. A rollerset and flat iron of roots is $30! I thought it was gonna be cheap like $20.

It's at Hilton St/Parkway and Gwynns Falls. The exact address is 2403 Hilton Street. I found a few reviews online...http://local.yahoo.com/info-42770744-dominican-hair-salon-baltimore

There are also two of them on Reisterstown Road in Pikesville...one is called Top Dominican Salon across from the Rite Aid. I'm not sure of the name of the other one. I think they're a few stores apart.

Ive found NONE of the Dominican salons here are cheap like in metro NYC/NJ.. $30-$40 is the norm which is why I dont frequent them.. Im so used to $10-$20

I Didnt use the one on Highland.. one of my good friends goes there & I was there with her once... was a decent experience... same person has recommended that 1 in Pikesville...Ive been to Louisa's in Silver Spring cuz its on my way home from work... I iked it there but it costed $35 fo blowout

I took my daughter to a new 1 in Harford County... was NOT impressed

Im not sure if the 1 spoke of is considered Fells Point or Highlandtown... I get confused at the "borders" for the sections of the city

Yeah...I want to go to Luisa's...it seems to be highly recommended. I heard all her clients have long beautiful hair...

i guess i'll try one of the ones in pikeville or the one on hilton (but thats kinda in da hood, I ain't tryna be subjected to the drama that comes with that)...unless luisa's is worth the drive. i'll take the trip if they're that good.

The Dom salons in MD and DC are all more expensive than NY. I liked Francis Beauty Salon on Highland when I was relaxed. Wasn't too fond of Manuela's. I went to one of the ones in Pikesville since I've been natural and it was fine. Not Top Dominican the other one next to it.

It's near Gwynns Falls. I've never been there but I've seen it driving past. One of my gfs lives in that area.

It's alright around there. It looks ratty around there but you'll be fine. It's not like it's Pennsylvania Ave or something. I'd go to Highland over East Baltimore street though. It was quieter over there. It's near Eastern Avenue.

I go to Top Dominican in pikesville a closer drive for me than going over east. I usually go on Wed or thurs...not too crowded. I get a deep cond and roots straighten for $30...it is regular price $25 but i get the deep cond and that is $5 extra. I like them
