My sister didn't like it either (she's natural). She said it didn't do anything to moisturize her hair at all. I used it too (I'm 16 months into my transition), but I didn't hate it. I just didn't think it was all that. I will use up my stash, but I won't be purchasing it again.

I posted more detail in another thread about this line, sorry. I loved the Sap Moss poo and Nourishing concentrate and I still adore the Brilliant conditioner. I had great results with Be Curly cream and the Damage Remedy DT. That being said, this Dry Remedy line doesn't stand up to the Sap Moss line that it replaced.
I too am a natural and I can see what your sister means TaraDyan (love your name).
I have the poo and the mask. I likey. Like other Aveda products, they're very concentrated and you only need a little to cover the hair.
I bought the shampoo and treatment mask....LOVE IT. It was definitely moisturizing for me....my hair feels soft, healthy and has a nice sheen (that may come from the Smooth Infusion Style Prep). Just like the Damage Remedy conditioners, I didn't have to worry about detangling...my hair was easy to comb through. I figured I'd alternate between the Dry Remedy and Damage Remedy since Damage Remedy is more of a protein based conditioner.
