How long did it take to get your order? They sent me a link to check the status of my order but it's not working. I'm tempted to go find a horse store but it I don't want to waste my money buying the same product twice. It's suppose to come by FedEx ground, I can't wait that long. I'm biting my fingernails off.
 
I ordered from them last Tuesday and received a package on Saturday. However, they only sent half my order. I emailed them Saturday, and they emailed back yesterday, apologizing for the error and saying they would mail the rest right away. Very nice to deal with. No problems.
 
Thanks ladies for the response. I'm just really anxious right now. I put my order in really late saturday night so it probably wasn't even processed till yesterday. It'll probably come friday or saturday while I'm at work.
 
I ordered mine from easypetstore and I'm wondering how long it's gonna take... almost every site I buy from online ships from UPS and they sent this through regular postal service :nono::nono::nono::nono::nono: UPS standard shipping (supposedly 5-7 days) will have your junk there the day after you get the tracking number :( :( :( They gone send it through regular postal service where it's gonna take a week or more, but they sure didn't have a problem taking the money out of my account the SECOND I placed the order.
 
well i ordered mine on the 24th and i still haven't gotten it yet. i call customer service and they said it should take at least 10 days. i asked them why that was and the lady said she couldn't tell me. i have been looking on the net and have come across some things about scams where they sell the product but its really out of stock so you have to wait for it to get back in stock before they send it to you
 
LOL. Lord knows they take that money right out :lachen:. Eqyss ships through Fedex, the link they sent me to check my order doesn't work and it's driving me crazy. I would like to at least know that it has been shipped :ohwell:
 
^^^Did they ever send you a tracking number?

Most sites will tell you up front whether the item you want is out of stock, like at Victoria's Secret if it's out of stock they'll give you the date when they will ship it to you separately.
 
I don't think I ever brought direct from Eqyss because I could always find it elsewhere for cheaper. :perplexed

What they sent me was a link to yahoo store, there are a bunch of #'s at the end but when I tried to plug that into fedex's tracking system I get no results. That link was sent as soon as I placed my order so I think it's might be an order #. However there is no place on their website to track your order. Every time I click on the link it takes me to a yahoo page that just says internal error, please try again later :wallbash:

I believe the sticky has a list of vendors that ladies have found to be - reliable and timely.

Personally, I've purchased from StagecoachWest.com (I think - google it if the addy doesn't work) and acartapet.com (once again, I think). I don't think I've ever had to wait for more than a week for my orders, and I order a lot of stuff at once. ;)

I wish I had known the site I ordered from ships through USPS. I would have paid more from a different site to get it shipped through UPS instead :sad: I don't like usps shipping. I did get the link through the "list of reliable and timely vendors, shifty face"; I think it would also be a nice touch to add which shipping service each vendor uses. Not entirely necessary, but nice all the same.

Didn't mean to confuse. The only e-mail I received was the one they sent me right after I placed my order. Hope I'm not making everyone else anxious. I placed my order at 2am sunday morning, so technically yesterday was the first business day. I'm being anxious for no reason. I just hate that I can't check to see if it was even shipped yet.

:ohwell: I totally understand what you are saying (I hate USPS shipping too - whack behind 'tracking' system) but don't they tell you how they will be shipping before you complete your order?
 
Nope. I didn't know until I got the tracking email. I want to say the second email, because ya know how most sites will send you an invoice and then later send you another email notifying you it's been shipped, but they didn't send me the first email to begin with. I also checked the site a couple times after I ordered it. They say it's in stock and usually ships within one business day. Now that they have a tracking number it says click to be directed to the united states postal service, but I can't for the life of me imagine that was there before when the order was just processed and not shipped yet. I checked that page more than once to see whether the status had changed because I wasn't sure if they were getting caught in my spam filter, and I feel like I definitely would have noticed that if it was there before.

I hope it doesn't seem like I'm going on or whining about this lol I was just surprised they would send me something through regular postal service. Everything I buy online ships through UPS, but then again, I have never bought a hair product online. Mostly I just buy clothes. The only place I had anything shipped from usps before was ebay and well, bad experience. I'm just mad I have to wait. I just KNEW I would have my megatek by today at the latest :(

Was it sent thru FedEx Smartpost? If so, it's almost the same as sending it thru USPS. With Smartpost, FedEx works with the post office, passing it off to them at some point.:ohwell: Here's a link if you need more information. http://fedex.com/us/smartpost/

It says Fedex Ground. The usps does have a whack tracking system. They tell you that they've been notified to pick up your package but they don't update again until your package has been delivered.

easypetstore's site says they ship USPS if it's under 2 pds. Over 2pds they use Fedex. That's why they offer insurance at checkout. I ordered on Saturday and I'm anxious too. But $22 including shipping couldnt be beat. I started to just go buy it at a equine store near me but they wanted $36 :blush: I'll wait.

you're not whining, the EXACT same thing is happening to me! i feel like if you are going to take your time sending me my sh%$ then take your time taking my money too, otherwise give me the goods and nobody gets hurt! And if the USPS is going to bother saying they have a tracking system, then it wouldn't hurt them to update it every now and then, at least once everyday or every couple of days
