I just happened to check her album to see if she had any updates and she did. Reniece's hair has always been lovely whether it was relaxed or now natural. She really knows how to take care hair no matter what state it's in.

Wonderful! In her regimen it says that she plans to wear her hair straight 99% of the time so I would imagine she is aware of things concerning heat.

This is fresh on my mind because I recently made a post about heat-stretched hair. I, personally, don't believe in the whole "heat-damaged" thing. If I decide to go natural, I plan to wear my hair straight all the time and I could care less if it was heat-stretched.
