That Woojee Cream is a :nono:! So my hair was doing great, little shedding and I finally saw the breakage stopping. Then all of a sudden this week I started seeing little hairs again everytime I touched my hair . I then did a search on the 1 thing that I have changed about my regimen recently which was the Woojee Cream and saw that the second ingredient was mineral oil. Okay I know I should have saw that when I bought it but as sister was shopping with a 1 year old in tote :wallbash:.

I am back to my old faithful, elasta recovery. Hopefully it will curb this breakage.

Yeah, I saw this at Ike's the other day, was about to buy it, and saw that it had mineral oil in it :nono: I finally figured out yesterday why my hair has recently decided to thicken up, then proceed to split. This was the second time! I thought it was protein, or maybe that I needed a trim, but oh no...it was the mineral oil. The first time was due to using CON and the second time was due to Silicon Mix. Never again :perplexed I planned on using Aphogee's 2 Minute Reconstructor Friday before getting braids on Saturday, but I saw that mineral oil was in that too. Mineral oil is the devil :angeldeviand apparently I have sold my soul to it these past 2 weeks without realizing it.

now stop blaming that baby :lachen:
I think that product only works well with the 9 oil because it's so drying. Im not sure if it's just the mineral oil causing breakage.

Yeah I know it wasn't her fault. I know my hair doesn't like much protein either. I am trying to keep it simple so the only products I am using are the ayurvedic oils, mango butter, now Elasta Recovery and Olive Oil. I wonder what else could be causing my hair to break. :ohwell:
