What do yall think about them??(if u tried them)

I have only tried the 2 min. reconstructor and I really like it. My hair was soft yet strong and moisturized. I plan on trying other products from the line soon. I really want to try the deep moisture shampoo but the sally's by my house does not carry it so I plan on checking the bss in Hickory Hill this weekend for it.

Most people use and love the Treatment for Damage hair and the 2 min Reconstructor. The treatment is for severely damage hair and some use it before or after a chemical service making the hair stronger.
The reconstructor is used in between(maybe every 2-4weeks) to provide some strength and light protein.

Some people also use their leave in.

I  the 2 min. Reconstuctor. It leaves my hair so soft it's amazing.
I have also tried the leave in but I didn't like as much as my usual leave in product.

Be forewarned about the Protein Reconstructor for Damaged Hair. Make sure that you are aware of your protein/moisture needs.

This stuff is no joke and if you're not careful it can cause more harm than good. I learned that lesson the hard way when I let my "trusted" hair stylist apply it to my hair. :nono:

^^ ITA. I use the 2 min. reconstructor every week then the one for Severely damaged hair monthly. But my hair has always been a protein junkie :) I love them both I would cut every couple of weeks because i'd keep seeing these little split ends popping up but fortunately since using the Aphogee I haven't seen any so I can focus on retaining my length again

hi there,

which shampoo are you using the one for damaged hair or the deep moisture one?

Sorry, I was at the library. I use the one for Deep Moisture and so far so good. No problems. Matter of fact on 7-3-08, I will be 2 weeks post relaxer and I will be doing the 2 min. reconstrutor!:yep:

I am sorry to hear this KiniKakes on her blog has a very good step by step process for the Aphogee 2 min.reconstructor. That is why I had no problems thank God! I read another site where a hair dresser should put it on. However, reading what you said makes me wonder about some hair dressers.:nono:

I just started using the shampoo for damaged hair and the 2 min reconstuctor. The reconstructor is the BOMB!!! It leaves my hair sooooo soft!!! This is now one of my staples.

Thank you for the insight but I have learned (as we all do concerning our hair needs) that my hair likes light proteins (which I get during my cowash every few days and the the random DC treatment ) and reconstructors (maybe once every few months).

I am interested intrying the 2 minute Reconstructor but I have so many other products that I want to try first- but eventually. :look:

is this good for someone with fine/thin hair? I'm on a quest to thicken mine up and i have been using a lot of moisturing stuff so now my hair is SUPER soft, you guys think using this will make the hair stronger yet keep the softness?
