What the technique you use when applying moisturizer to your hair to make sure your strands receive optimum moisture? (i.e parting hair in to 1/4 section and.....)

BTW, to all you ladies who have been so supportive of me dealing with my setback.. you all are gems!:blowkiss:It's amazing the good a trim can do!

I part my hair in 4 sections and apply a quarter size amount of moisturizer to each section, starting at the ends. If I have a lot of newgrowth, I'll spray the ng with a spray moisturizer

Let my hair down and gently massage, seal my ends with a few drops of oil and style. Or if it's at night, baggy :yep:

usually i'm sloppy with it.grab a section, smooth some moisturizer from the ends up. but im just now learning that my hair doesn't really like a lot of product, so i'm tryin to tweak my technique, and find a neater way of doin things. baggiyin is a must for me

First, I part my hair in 4 sections. Then I take a piece of hair no wider than one and a half inches and slather on the product. I repeat until my whole head is coated.

I roll my hair up each night (Marine Corps workouts:strong: will not let a rollerset last more than a day or two!:locks:) and I moisturize each little roller section.

I part the hair to put on the roller, then I put a pea-sized amount of Carol's Daughter Hair Milk on the piece from the end to the top. I may put another pea on the new-growth cause I got that thick 4z hair:lachen:! After I apply the moisturizer I seal with an even smaller drop of oil.

I moisturize and then detangle with my Jilbere detangling shower comb. Also I try to cowash at least once a week so I'm sure that between everything else- my hair is getting the proper moisture and conditioning that it needs.
