ETA: MY widow's peak and hair line is ill:lachen::lachen:... more in my Fotki (June 2008)
But on the flip... the red in my hair is becoming more pronounced... No henna in MONTHS, and my hair is covered all day everyday... I do use shikaikai soap but I've always had natural red tones in my hair... maybe the shikaikai pulls it out more?

I still need to know how to get salon results... this hair is so CRUDE in person...

But yea Sabino is the BOMB!!

Very nice length.

Some options for salon look is doing a blowout or rollersetting and then saran wrapping.

Also make sure your using your products lightly and not a lot when straighten/flat ironing. I'll try to post pics of my results doing both a blowout and a rollerset. The sabino moisture is definately a keeper in my book!

Thanks. I wonder if I need a different type of blow Dryer. I have the Conair infiniti... the small one but I don't seem to care much for it.

Not bad! Your natural?

The roots look GOOD.

For the salon look
I think you should do clear rinses, or another henna, or some rinse to intensify the color of your hair, because it does still look red, but it looks that natural sandy red (my hair is that color), and if the ends arent perfectly blunt, or the hair isnt 100% sleek, it can make it look "rougher" or damaged.

Your hair is thick too, and you didnt do anything to the ends,...so it doesnt look quite "sleek" automaticaly like some people with fine hair, it looks more like a great blowdry....I would just bump the ends (Instead of pulling the iron down, pull it up, bump the ends, and let the hair fall)

Thanks yea 98% natural Lol.

I heard colorshines is a good clear rinse, so that might work. I don't notice extra shine with henna, just strength.

As far as the ends, there wasn't much I could do.

I think this flat iron needs to be replaced, it's old,and the larger Maxius feels too big for the detail I need. I used mostly the tiny one.

I'll try the bump next time... and nobody comes near me with scissors so... lol.
