Anyone blowdry on cool?

How long does it take you?

I tried it once and it was taking forever so I just finished on warm. I can't imagine how long it would take though because the cool air doesn't evaporate the water as quickly as the warm air does.
I have not blown my hair dry all year though. When I finally do it will be on warm

That tangles and hardens my hair

I just do high blast on low heat and keep it far from my hair and hold it taut with a brush- it comes out silky and doesn't tangle or feel gross. When I tried to use that cool air I regretted it BIG TIME.

I wonder who it works for though, lol... and it probably takes a long time for them so they must be patient

I just wanted to see how logn it woudl take me. I was thinking about doing this and buying carusos in teh future so I could avoid heat completely. It took me about 30 minutes to blow dry my hair on cool...that's a long time for me to be holding osmehting up to my head! AND my hair felt hard. I didn't like it...

Dang I really want to try this. Well I did try for five minutes or less and gave up lol. I like my hair blow dried instead of air dried but I can't use heat. this sucks.

I do this the few times I blow dry my hair. I just part it into thinner sections than I would if I blow dried on med (or warm). It takes me about 30-45 mins.

Stilettos, do you really gain manageable roots with the cool and occasional heat blast? I am really wanting a Dominican cool {I hate to see that smoke rising from those having hot blowouts!} blowout then twists.

This is OT: But I agree! Stilettos, you're absolutely gorgeous.


OnT: I air-dry about 80% dry, then blow-dry on cool. I use the high setting, so my hair dries in about 10 minutes.
