Now that I've got it, what do I do with it and is it supposed to STINK?

erplexed or do I just have a bad batch?

I haven't used it but I think Hair Hustla is using Neem Oil. You should PM her, maybe she can help you with this.

Stink is not the word!, it smells so bad it gives me a headache...i just use the powder instead it doesn't smell anywhere near as bad!

I used this recently and it stinks to high heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my God! I used it as an overnight treatment. It made my natural hair so fluffy and strong it was worth it for me but I wont sleep in it next time as I could not sleep due to the smell.

i did some ayurvedic shopping at from nature with love last night

but a lot of their stuff is out of stock ((boohoo))

i want the powder since everyone says the oil is horrible smelling. haha

I got most of my stuff off Amazon. and yes it stinks so dag on bad. Its supposed to be good for acne so I was oil washing with it at night. I don't know if it worked because I only did it 4 times. I couldn't sleep well with the scent all up in my nostrils at night. i'm going to start again. I was also mixing some with my OCT and it made it stink too. I couldn't find the powder anywhere.

Here are some threads discussing what to do with neem oil. Yes, it does stink. I make a flea and tick spray for the pups and I had to switch to neem powder. They still go around smelling like black pepper, though (smile). When they get hotspots, I rub some neem oil on it, but it is rare that that happens. I also use it in their ear solution I make up.

I love neem. I just added the powder to my scalp concoction. I have one with sulfur and one with neem, yucca and fo-ti powder. It is great for your scalp, but I work out daily and cannot use the neem oil on my scalp anymore because the smell comes up when I sweat.

Is there a EO than can combat the funk? I tried adding jasmine to the neem oil and if anything it smelled worse. Next time I'll get the powder but until then I need to figure out how to use the oil with out, making those around me phsically ill.
