I left ApHogee on for over an hour...

Is that ok to do? I washed then applied the treatment, then blow dried it until it became hard. I started cleaning up and I noticed that an hour went by. Will anything happen to my hair?

I think you'll be fine as long as you rinse and DC thoroughly and don't manipulate the hair while that stuff is in there

Dc under a plastic cap for one hour to restore moisture. You should be fine.

you're gonna need a lot of moisture to balance your hair. if you dont do that properly, your hair will be hard and break easily.

Welp...I just rinsed the aphogee out and my hair was SO SOFT!! I lathered my hair real good with some Humectress and put a shower cap on. I'll start dinner while its in there and will rinse out in another hour. Thanks for the replies!

I've SLEPT WITH THE STUFF ON (wet, under a shower cap) all night, washed, DCed and had amazing hair for it, during my relaxed and texlaxed days.

Just be sure to DC.

Like everyone has adviseed, as long as you follow up with some moisturizing deep conditioner for an hour, moisturize your hair well and seal the ends, you'll be okay. If it is still hard, try baggying or sleeping with the dc on overnight and wash out the next morning.
