Has anyone ever had this problem? You have your regimen down pat in terms of clarifying, dcing, co-washing, and balancing protein and moisture, and just when you haven't seen a broken hair in months, all of a sudden, massive shedding and breakage come out of the woodwork even though you haven't been doing anything different?

:wallbash: what the hale!

:censored: yeah! it was when i gt my feb touch up! had that super silky just omg hair for like 3 days and then idk wtf happen!!!!! i've tried doin the same things i was doin and havent gotten back to that point yet!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a chemical issue or you got a hold of something your hair Just. Doesn't. Like. Try anything new lately? Mix anything in a new way or apply your usual products in a new order?

i have this issue as well...i think it started after i used this suave hot oil treatment i found in the back of the closet

:ninja:

In the past i've gotten sudden breakage from
-Touching, combing, washing ect bothering my hair too much
--Use of heat (got on heat spur one time and was using it 1-2x a week instead of my regular 1-2x a month or not at all)
--Not doing a protein treatment after a hair color or relaxer (so now i do them all in the same day)

And i've found that my hair is more vunerable to break in the winter and when their is like severe coldness and i need to up my moisture or theirs sudden breakage.
