I think it's a braid out made by two cornrows on either side of her head going back. Kinda like how I do mine from this to this. Only I think her cornrows are done a little more centered than mine which are more to the side.

I don't, so I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. Most of the hair gets tucked into the cornrow so the ends just wavy like the rest of the hair...except for the ends of the tail of the cornrows. It'll just be smaller waves as you come to the ends but it's such a small section that it's hardly noticeable. I prefer not to put rollers so that I don't get a coil or curl when the rest of the hair is in waves. I find this gives a more natural look so the ends hang like this wig does:

i think its a weave. it looks good on her though. i saw that show. at first it looks like its hers but the edges make me think differently. who ever did it did a good job.
