I know many naturals do this. But being a relaxed head, I usually grab for a standard leave-in after I cowash. But this morning at the gym, I decided to put a little of my Suave condish back in my hair.
I was surprised at how soft and slippery my hair was, but it wasn't too much slip at all.
I twisted my hair and pinned it in the back, put my little scarf on my head and hopped on the train. When I got to work, I felt my hair and was surprised at how soft it felt.
It's drying nicely, my hair is soft and my strands are happy! It's not slopping all over the place and is holding its form in my twisted up bun quite nicely.
Just wanted to pass this along for those that may not know. I may be grabbing for my NTM leave-in less now
PS This is also great b/c this can be quite inexpensive. A 22 oz. bottle of Suave condish costs me $1.50.
A (what is it 8?) oz. bottle of NTM leave in is $6
So I will try to supplement the product and keep more money in my pocket when I can.
