Can someone teach me how to pincurl

I like the curls that my rollersets give me but i wrap my hair afterwards. And then its flat:-( I want someone to teach me how to pincurl (with pics preferably) When i try to do my own my hair just flops into a wave thingy. I don't know, whatever it is its ugly. Help!!!!!!!
