Celebs Lurking????

When you say "they" .......

Do you mean more than 1?

More than 3? :look:

(yes, Im pressed! :lachen: )

I'm really curious, too. And what caliber of "celeb" are we talking about? Like Oprah and Halle, or like Khia and Schatar/Hottie? I need answers!

I doubt it. Celebs lives are too busy. Being a member of LHCF takes a full-time committment. You have to be able to log on from work and home... you cannot spend less than 12 hours per day on LHCF or you might miss something new, not to mention the threads that you babysit (like those 25+ challenges you've committed yourself to) ... And when you finally do log off, you have to go brew up new mixtures of conditioners and oils and try different treatments... or go to BSS's or online hair product vendors.
Halle, Bey n'em aint got the time commitment it takes to get into this
LHCF-game. :rolleyes::nono::lachen:

This is what I thought too that they didn't have time to come to a board. Maybe they come on their days off.

Not everybody is addicted like us! :drunk::spinning: I still need my "fix" every day. It is like a job in a way. If I miss a day, I feel like I have to make up for it by scanning through most of the threads from the missed day whenever I get back on. I wonder if I'll ever get to a stage where I only check in once or twice a week. I can't even see it right now....BTW I brewed up a kitchen mixture using mainly sage and rosemary for a conditioning treatment. If it will help much, I dont know. but I figure it can't hurt.

Ya'll are killing me.

But seriously, I could see members of Danity Kane coming here. I just keep thinking about how they were checking out people's MySpace pages on MTB.

I know for a fact that we have celebs on this board. Most people think of high profile, always talked about ones. But there are some that are only known in certain and smaller circles. Some are in films, some are back up singers, some work for and with designers, some are dancers etc. I am sure they are not on here as much but hey this site has really good info so why not. Q

I pray they dont give LHCF a public shout-out :nono::nono::nono:. Keep Oprah AWAY.....the traffic, it would be all over... :nono:

CELEBS please dont thank us!

Riggghhhhhhhhttttttttttt!
Could you imagine LHCF being closed down from all of the traffic:ohwell::nono:

They are here IMHO. In the most recent issue of SBH, a up and coming celebrity wrote that she moisturized her hair night and day, washed three times a week, used Aveda DR and castor oil faithfully, along with protecting her ends, etc. She said that she started seeking a regimen when her hair began breaking. I know that even I didn't do everything wrong prior to LHCF, but this sounded too much like something from this site.

If I was a celeb i would give myself away as soon as anyone asked about my hair on an interview :nono: Yall would be calling me all out. --We would already be wondering since the hair was real not a weave
--Something like: Baggie, Protective Style, Low Mani, No combing....One of those woould have popped out :nono:

Then people would go on a wild goose chase and find out my/the celebrity whos obvisouly been on LHCF idenity, maybe identity sold for a million or two....
Then a transcript of every post would be posted on the net....Career over. LOL ----thats why they stay to themselves. LOL

:yep::yep::yep: Yep. I wonder about snoop dogg with his protective styles and baggy at times.

Just like having a myspace... EVERYBODY got one!!! So, I don't find it impossible to lurk on this site. All you need is internet connection and time to read. Your time with your hair depends upon you. They are just as likely to get hooked on a site as we...errday folks can. If celebs are on here and they're reading our threads, posts...Welcome!! Sorry if I talked about you :look:. But I still can't get over Q.J. he needs his *** beat for that little girl he's with.:lachen:

Could you imagine? I think there are about 30,000 members now, could you imagine if there were hundreds of thousands? Or a million?

I would probably leave if this board ever had that many members.:nono:

This place is definitely addictive.............i should be studying right now!!! But i will in just a sec ;-)

And i guess its obvious i am not a celebrity my face is all over my FOTKI.....thats as close as i will get, lol

I suppose we could.........fill out an application to become certified in your health/length :lachen:

i could see it now.......DENIED!

Exactly:grin:. We can haze them too. What can we make them do? Ooooo, we could make them guinea pigs:lachen:We can make them try out suspect products to see if it snatches them bald before we touch them:lachen::lachen:

We also need colors, a flower, and to pick some cute fluffy dog that can fit in our bag to hand us our wallets when we go on hair-product haul to be our mascot.

We need an anthem too!

Okay, I'm enjoying this too much.:lachen:

OK, did you say the dogs can hand us our wallets:lachen::lachen::lachen:They also have to have some type of hair product or hairstyle name. I'm naming mine Mizani:yep:.
I am so down for the colors and flowers. I like Calla Lillies, the drape like long flowing hair:grin: but what colors. Oooo, we need a flag too. You have to come up with an anthem.

Y'all do realize that we need counseling right:lachen:.

:welcome2:To all the Celebrity members. From all areas of stage & film / radio and journalism / musician and athlete and whatever else out there makes one a celeb.

We welcome you and your anonymity.

I wish you blessings of long beautiful healthy hair. We love one & all!:yep:

I hope you enjoy your nameless & faceless status and just feel like one of the girls when your in here with us!

:pulpdance:Whoot-whoot!:woot:

I just read this like two weeks ago; I was like, most folks don't know nuthin' about no castor oil and nightly moisturizing! I think her name was Teneshia Shaw; if you are here, go GIRL! :yep:

I know you guys think I'm crazy, but I had this thought. Ever wondered if celebrities were ever lurking or if one of us was really a celeb? I mean most people blur out their face here or just show their back side. Any one of us could be a celebrity. WOW, to think that maybe Erykah is oogling my hair pics or even Jill. That would be soooo cool! OK, back to reality. Anyone ever wondered though???

Ok Naturalgurl, I must admit that I am a celebrity. You caught me :ohwell:
*hoping she believes me*

Tricie, you read it too:yep:. I have read some positively "suspect" info from some other celebs in Hype Hair even. I think its great, because they are the only BW that some people will see. Therefore, I want them to look on point whether they are wearing a lace front or their God-given hair. Hi, celebrities. We love you. You are the best thing since sliced bread. Can I be in your next movie?

Sincerely,

I definitely wouldn't be surprised. I sometimes wonder if anyone from the Pantene commercials (or any comm.) were here ..
