I have that gel already:lick:

now I will try that technique!!

I am just used to wearing flat twists in the front or a headband but I am always open to new techniques.

This is too cute....hmm I wonder how long it would take to do an entire head

:scratchch:

about 4 hours, LOL.. though I am just guessing. You have more length than I do so it will prob. take me about 2... It is a very pretty technique too! I just need to learn patience to try all of that.

Awwww man, Brock. That is the cutest idea! My bangs are 100% natural, so they shrink up to a little afro unless I try to stretch them out some kind of way. I'm definitely going to try it. Thanks for sharing.

Awwww how darn cute!!! Simple and easy to do, thanks for sharing this tutorial, I would have never thought to just use an around-the-house simple item as a marker to do this LOL Great idea and I will try it out when I gain more length!! Thanks!!

This is adorable! I will try it on my hair tonight! It shouldn't take me long because my hair is uber short.

I just tried it but it hangs to loose and low like drop curls. I think my hair would need to stiffen before I release the pen/marker. I think it would be perfect for shorter lengths though:yep:. So, instead I'm putting some flexi-rods in the front of my hair.

What a great ideal, I love it, and you are beautiful!! I'm going to try this on my hair because the front is a much looser curl, and this will make it look more uniform, thank you!!

Here's my advice for that because my hair has started getting longer so the modification is to hold it for about 10 seconds and hold the hair while you pull the pen through...does that make sense? Almost as if you're pushing the hair up and pulling the pen down at the same time. It makes the curl tighter:yep:

I will give it another try maybe over the weekend:grin:.
