I've been experiencing increased breaking/shedding. It dramatically increased during the Cayenne challenge. I was using the liquid and I believe the alcohol content (which I didn't realize was in there) ^^dummy, caused excess breakage. So, I stopped using it. I started keeping track of the hair loss. Below is a chart. (I know im silly). My usual loss is half of todays (4/2/08) loss.
On 3/24/08 I calified with baking soda and washed with CON. I washed the next 2 days with CON to hopefully get the rest of that junk out of my hair. Then I experimented with the different co-washing and shampoo to see if anything changes.
So, what am I doing wrong?
I cowash 3x a week with either V05 or Tresemme Anti-breakage. DC with Proclaim Cholesterol or Hollywood beauty olive cholesterol conditioner.
Do I need protein? And if so, how do I add it?
