MJP, it costs $47.00. It is a pretty good compilation of the information here on LHCF and the product explanation handbook is pretty good. I betcha Mr. Dwayne is not going to like that it is posted here to download for free. Ladies you better get it quick, I am sure he is going to disable the link soon.

, I think it is a good book for newbies, I fowarded it my friends who aren't on LHCF, but for a LHCF veteran it's a repeat. I didn't mind reading 50-11 threads to get the info, but you know some folx aren't that patient.

Thank You! I'm reading right at this moment. I'm going to get myself a notebook, hole puncher, college ruled paper, and bind all of my information together. I think if I physically keep tabs of my hair...goals, reggie, and my health, I'm going to achieve my ultmate hair length APL. Nothing is impossible and with the help of long hair care forum it will get accomplished. So thank you, and happy hair growing ya'll!
