At our church the ladies really do it up and most wear hats.

I don't do hats.

I got a bunch of new growth and plan on just blowdrying my hair straight... I guess. Maybe try an updo.

I get my hair done 2 days after Easter to go out of town with my DH.....So on Sunday I'm going to do side bun and a cute Sunday hat......

Maybe a set with some soft waves ... just left the fabric store purchasing my fabric for Sunday's dress. I don't know why I wait to the last minute.

Hehe. You remind me of my auntie who's a seamstress... she's always doing stuff last minute and up all nite, but end up with the most beautiful dresses!

I should ask for Sally Beauty gift cards for my birthday so I can buy some curlformers... (pouting)

It all depends on the weather:

If the weather is warm, I will wear my hair down in a loose, flexirod set. This style would go great with a silky-fabric, wrap dress that I recently made. However, if the weather is cool/cold, I will probably wear a pantsuit, which means my hair will be in some type of updo.

I'm going to do candy curls with the orange-sized perm rods.
I'm doing the same for my mom's hair but using smaller rods.

Momi, it's nice to see someone else who sews. I make all of my "dressy" clothing and also made a dress for Easter. I'm almost finished with it...just have to hem it, but I'm also waiting until the last minute.:drunk: I just hope the weather is warm enough to wear it.

I hope your dress turns out beautiful!

Wow, I had not even thought of what I would do about my hair for Easter. Maybe I'll do some twists.

I'd love to see the Easter hair!! :gorgeous: (And ladies who made their own dresses too!!)

I still have no clue what I'm going to do with my hair either. Ugh! When I blowdry my hair straight it's just boring.

I have some rhinestone bobby pins, maybe I can do something with those :spinning:

I will post a pic - I am underlining the entire dress because it is linen - I completed that step last night... I will baste it together tonight and try it on. Let me know how yours turns out!

I dont care what the weather is like - I am wearing my dress:drunk:

I hear you, girl:lachen:!

My Easter hair will be a side /chignon that I've just discovered how to do. I'm serious about this protective styling...

I wanted to use my maxiglide. But I am ushering, so I don't think swanging hair all in my face will work. It will be up some kind of a way.

Most likely a 1/2 wig or phony pony :yep: I'm still tran-stretch-ioning and I have more new growth than a little bit.

down. Sounds boring, but this is exciting for me cause I NEVA wear it down. But the second I get home from church :look:, its goin up.
