I've been peeping it out ever since they opened, I'm so tempted to try. I only know of one person who has been there and her hair looked great. Just thought I would check here first to see if anyone has tried it. Please post your experiences. :yep:

I've never been, but I have a friend that was in school there. She says that it is nice. I was gonna go, but she quit :perplexed

I've been and they did a wonderful job. I had them do the damage remedy treatment and then they blow dried on a super cool setting and flat ironed. My hair came out incredibly bouncy and moisturized with the level of straightness I like.

They are very professional and you can get your hair done by an undergrad or grad. The teachers are always watching and they come over and check to see what the students are going to do b4 they do it. It cost me $35 and I tipped her.

Although I don't live in Tallahassee, I live nearby and I definitely plan to check them out! Yay!!!

Damn my living in Cali/D.C. are there anymore Aveda schools in the country?

Update: I found the only one in D.C. it's on 7th street, NW...I WILL be going there! ASAP!

BUMP!! Anyone else??
I passed by there yesterday, it looks really nice. Im thinking about giving it a try.

When I went home to tally to visit my parents I saw the aveda school and I was so tempted to try it. Maybe when I go back next month I may give it a try.

Wow where did all you ladies come from!! I didn't know there were that many people here from or living in Tally...(I think I need to take my pics down now!!) Anyway my bestfriend/roommate goes there and she loves it....but she is white..So I don't know if that counts! I plan on going very very soon!

I've been there for products, but not service. The ladies working do try and offer me advice on my hair, and seem pretty nice. I may go for a wash and set next time I'm home.
