One Year Progress on LHCF!!!!!!! - Pics

So, I wanted to make certain I didn't miss my big reveal like I did with the HYH Christmas challenge.

I've been on LHCF for a year+. At first I thought you ladies were a bunch of hair obssessed people with nothing better to do :spinning:.... then three months later I finally got a clue and got on board. A year later I have longer, stronger hair that speaks for itself.

You ladies have been a serious boost not just in my hair game but in my fitness and health and cooking as well (shouts out to Miss Raeshan B and DLewis' Blog). My DH calls you all the baldheaded chicks!! :lachen:

Anyway, thanks!!

Thank you ladies. Some days I get down on myself because I see others that have amazing progress and then I remember what others ladies chime in and say.. don't compare yourself - just do you - that makes all the difference. I mean really this is the longest and healthiest my hair has ever been.

Great advice! And very impressive progress! Keep up the good work.

Wow that's alot of progress for a year's worth!! You doing great!! And I agree with the "don't compare yourself, just do you"! Congrats!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. It really means a lot. All of the great progress pic threads is what prompted me to go ahead and post mine. I had completely forgotten to post my HYH Christmas reveal; I didn't want the same thing to happen to me for my 1 yr progress.

Again thank you ladies. I couldn't have done it without all of the great information that is on this board.:bighug:

after this progress...folks will be comparing their hair with YOURS! that's amazing progress!

wow. Great progress.

Whats your regimen?

Wow! I am seriously honored to be asked.

I have super dry hair so keeping it moisturized has been the biggest challenge.

I co wash at least 2x a week using Vo5 Strawberries and Cream or Tresemme Vitamin E. I usually run right home and wash my hair before I start cooking dinner.

On the weekend I slather my dry hair with Queene Helene's Cholesterol and go about my house cleaning with a plastic cap on my head.

I air dry and either bun or do a french braid for my hair style during the week.

I take my hair down every night and apply Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner and JBCO and EVOO to my ends. (a lot of manipulation but I think my hair needs the constant moisturizing).

Again, thanks for asking.
