I bought sulpur 8...now what???

It contains petrolatum & mineral oil?
I'm scared.
But I've read such good things about it and have a little flaky scalp so I'm very tempted to try it.
Should I just apply to scalp or should I mix it with something else?
Also how often should I use it??

Apply it to your scalp.

Apply it lightly on your scalp once a week. It will cut the flakes and itch in no time.

My scalp love this stuff. It use to grow my hair very well but I wanted to try other stuff. As soon as I'm done with what I have, I'm going back to sulfur 8. but I used it at least twice a week.

When I used to use it I would gently tap on the product to get a tiny tiny tiny bit on my finger then apply it right to my scalp where I had the flakes. It works. & I loved the tingle.

Yes, sulphur 8 does work. I started applying it to my braids to avoid flaking and it worked pretty good. I do however have to say that after using a mixture of MN, virgin hair fertilizer and Glover's medicated ointment, I haven't seen one single flake. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and since it's all mixed in, I really don't know whether it's one of these products, or all of them in conjunction that makes it work so well. Oh, and there's no strong smell...good luck!

Gyal none taken. You know how many more stuff I still have google on LHCF to see how to use. Plus I still have a list of more "highly recomennded" products to buy.

I started using Sulfur 8 in a MN mix yesterday after reading that some of the sistas on this site use it. Before that, I was mixing S8 with castor oil and a few other oils. (To lighten that strong scent). It definetely helps with flaky,i tchy scalp.

If you do not want the smell in your hair, rub it on your scalp only. I also like to put on a shower cap or a plastic cap. Leave it on for a while then take it off and the breeze is very refreshing for me. I have one S8 alone, One with frenchees and glovers.

nope your not I love it too...my hair loves it too..it grows so much.
