No, I've never tried it, but it does seem promising. Hopefully someone who has tried it will stop by and comment. I'm interested to know how good it really works as well.

I've used this...Used the entire thing up. Its not a large container and its kind of pricey. But, it smells nice and is kind of runny. I put loads of it on dry hair and prepooed with it on for a long time. Washed and DC'd as normal. My hair came out amazing each time. I got about two good uses out of the container.

I am so glad that someone has tried this product, like I said it does look promising. I think I may purchas in the future it is pricy, but it seems like an excellent DC.

I tried it. My hair felt really nice and soft afterwards. It has an interesting cinnamon smell to it. I prefer to use it on wet hair as a deep condish treatment instead of a dry hair/pre poo. I got it during the BOGO sale in January.

:yep: Me too...I wish I had gotten two of them. I tried the Curly Wurly poo which was garbage to me.

Ditto.
i've been dying to try Lush for a while now. Once I get a job (might be this week), I'll write a review for you all.

IMO...there are products out here that will do the same/better job for a fraction of the price. I will not repurchase knowing this. But, I'm glad I tried it!!

I work there, so I can personally tell you it is amazing and works for our hair. It makes my natural hair so soft and spongy. I was obsessed with Lush products before working there, but have used this product for a year. The scent doesn't particularly appeal to me I must say, but it completely changes once you rinse it out. Because it has fresh ingredients, it only has a 3 month shelf life, but I am sure you will use it all before that time. If you do buy a container, use 1/4 to 1/2 a pot first. If you are unsatisfied, you can always bring it back! See how it's made at the link below!

Well, if you work there then why you don't have my free hurr products? STOP BEING STINGILY!

Really? My hair LOVES the Curly Wurly poo, but the love affair only happened after the second wash. I was really mad that I spent so much money after the first wash. Thank goodness I tried it again. My hair is so soft!

I also bought and tried Retread conditioner and it's just okay.

:yep: How did you know? I have to be stingy...I only work there 1-2 times a week. But it has actually resulted in a huge stash of products - it's quite sad what Lush has done to me :nono: I spent $1800 on Lush products alone last year!

Anyhoo, the thing about H'Suan Wen Hua (IMO) is that it works better the closer it gets to its expiration date.

BTW, Froggie08, if you live near a Lush, just ask for a free sample in a small pot. It won't be close to the recommended amount, but you can get an idea of how it works on your hair.

I like the Curly Wurly shampoo, and yes it did leave coconut bits in my hair, but I think it's a good thing. If you get hungry, you can always reach up and pluck out a piece of coconut from your hair and munch on it during snack time

Too bad Retread got discontinued and you were still able to get some. We ran out of it here in Memphis, and I just started liking it. Oh, poo ...

Well, Curly Wurly MIGHT work for me...I got so bent out of shape picking coconut out of my hair that I never tried it again

Oh yeah, I forgot about that! I rinse it out for a long, long time, dc, and just rollerset with the coconut still in there. The bits come out after my hair is dry and I comb it.

What I love about it is even after I use my nice smelling conditioner, my hair sitll has that great coconut fresh smell to it.

It's weird but I noticed with LUSH hair products the effects get better the more you use them.

WHAT!!??!?!?!? There is a LUSH store in Memphis!!?!??! Girl, SPILL!! Where, when did it open, are they taking applications?????!!? (cuz the only way I'd be able to feed my LUSH obsession is if I just trade work for products via a paycheck :lachen: :lachen:)

*twitch*

I ain't even wait for her to answer. :nono: It's in the mall. Oooohweeee. :woot: :woot: :woot:

I placed an order for this and some other Lush products after looking at the video and doing some reading about Lush. I just received my shipping confirmation, so I'll report back after trying it.

I bought it and used it. The smell was OVERWHELMING to me... not in a good way. :nono: I was so afraid my hair was gonna smell like that!!! But my hair turned out very soft. I just didnt love it enough to re-buy.

Curly whirly did nothing for me unfortunately.

I bought another shampoo, it had coconut in it too. I didn't like it. :nono:

Thank You ladies sooooo much for responding:grin: I will probably wait for a BOGO sale to try this product. I checked and their is no LUSH store in my city.:nono: If their are any BOGO sales please PM or report to this thread. TIA

We do the BOGO sale once a year, I think. Since it hasn't been a year that I have worked there I am not sure if other Lush clearance events occur in the middle of the year. We pretty much do it in January to clear our pre-December stock. Many of our products have up to a 14 month shelf life, so a lot of customers go ahead and buy Christmas gifts for the next year :drunk:

I used it years ago, had to have been at least six. Sorry it's been so long can't tell you the results.

:king:Lush.com currently has 15% off discount code. Yea I now get to try my H'Suan Wen Hua treatment the code is giftforyou08. I will let you all know how it went... Thanks so much for the wonderful reviews.

I used it and love it! I have several jars from the BOGO sale after Christmas. I also love the LUSH Jasmine and Henna Fluff. :yep:
American Cream is yummy as well.

Well I finally got around to using LUSH H'Suan Wen Hua treatment this weekend and I am in love ladies. My hair feels super soft, not too greasy, and has a very healthy sheen to it. I would reccomend this product for anyone who has very dry or damaged hair and is looking for a natural alternative to combat the stress placed on their hair.:yep: However, keep in mind that with SL hair you only get two treatments out of one $17 bucket.:nono: Anywho it was great product, but I won't be buying anymore until another BOGO sale.
