Lazy...er... Busy Woman's Vitamins!!!

I have noticed a lot of the Hair/Skin/Nails vitamins say take 3 times a day. There is no way I'd remember or have time for that. :nono:

Any one have any suggestions for muliti 1 or 2 pills ONE time a day? :rolleyes:
 
if they're in capsule form (where you can pull both ends apart and there's powder inside), what you can do is take however many pills you take in a day, open them up, and pour their powder into some type of food or drink.

the 2 weeks i took MSM with glucosamine, i did this, and did straight "shots" (the powder from 3 pills mixed with a bit of water) and chased them after with something bitter to drink (usually cranberry juice, because they sort of cancelled out the bitterness of the MSM).

now if they're not in capsule form... you just might have to follow through with the directions on the bottle! lol... i wouldn't recommend taking "shots" with whole pills :grin:

Back in the day, when I had difficulty taking pills, I'd mix them all in with a smoothie, and enjoy! Vanilla rice dream, frozen strawberries, chocolate soy protein mix and buzzzzzz....add in the pills and buzzzzzzzz! Down the hatch! Took about 4 minutes to make and clean up! :grin:

I had been searching and searching for a good hair multi - much better advice! :woot:

So far I have biotin (got bumps) so I ordered the B50. I want to add MSM and maybe silica. Still doing my research though. There are so many threads on vitamins I feel lost.

In addition I'd like to add that I have problems getting my 5 servings of fruit/veggies in and a smoothie is the perfect solution.
Right now I'm drinking a pineapple smoothie w my prenatals mixed in(not preggers but the Vitamins are great)
 
Thanks! I have an expensive blender I never use, and I really need more vegitables in my life.

I'm off to read up on prenatals & search for smoothie recipes! :bookworm: Maybe I could take a short cut with bottled carrot juice, etc.
