Can you step in the thread and advise what conditions you make your product under?

Do you rent a business space? Do it at home in your kitchen? In your bathtub? What type of tools/instruments/containers etc do you use?

I guess I'm just wondering about sanitary conditions and I think it would ease some minds if you spoke a little bit about how you operate.

Is this a rude question? I hope it isn't, I just have my eye on some things from a few of you lovely ladies but i'm a little hesistant/scared whatever.

I've thought of this, as well.

There have been a few things i've wanted to try but to be honest i'm a little skurd. I am sure that everything is on the up and up, maybe for me it's more a mental block to over come. I don't know but i just want to know.

Bre....why did it take you so long to ask?

In the tub, Bre? :lachen: :lachen:

Hmm, as a faithful board pj, I wouldn't mind knowing the answer- assuming said question is appropriate to begin with Bre:rolleyes::lachen:

I think its a good question. Its no different then where you buy/eat your food. You don't want to eat at a dirty restaurant or buy food at a dirty grocery store.

:bath:<-----this is to funny:lachen:

See, yall making a joke outta my thread and I don't want to repeat history. So :spank: all of you and gits out of this here thread :lachen:

Well Bre, I believe it's a VERY good question and not inappropriate at all. If you run a business and want to make a profit, I think the business person would want to answer this question to assure potential customers that they are infact professional about the creation of the products.:yep:

ETA: Then again, ordering stuff online is a risk anyway. Someone can come in here, tell you that they make their products in a science lab or something and still be making it from their tub. We can't prove that they are telling the truth. I just assume that they put the stuff together at the kitchen table. I could be wrong, but hey, if it's good I'll still buy it:grin:

I have to agree, if sweetcashew told me that she makes the products in her tub, as long as its clean.. I would still buy it because the products are good. Its not like she is fixing me a meal from her bathroom. lol

Maybe the question could be asked directly to the person(s) with whom you want to do business. Think that maybe they didnt/havent see the question and cant respond. You can also ask if once you receive the information can you share it!

Try to shot the maker a PM Miss I'm so darn clean:lachen::lachen: You know I am messing with you.
It's a valid question but now that your questionin folk sanitization skills etc beware of ordering products in your name. I'll be your front man for a small fee!:lachen:

Interesting. I hadn't thought about this. I assumed that the product-sellers were having products manufactured to their specifications or using a private label product company and then putting custom labels on.

I would go to the site that I'm interested in ordering from and contact the seller that way and ask them directly.

I'm going to assume they are making them in their kitchen. But I do agree you should ask the seller directly. I think it's a valid question though Bre.

I totally agree with the above statement especially including the bolded.
