Has anyone used MSM while....

Nursing... I was just wondering if it was safe. I have heard great things about it and would like to try but I am nursing and I did not know if it was safe. Soooo If you have used this while Pregnant or nursing any feedback would be helpful. TIA

I use MSM. Have been using about 2years. I like it for the effects on joints and muscles, I upd my dosage when I found out it could help my hair too.
I dont know anybody using MSM while pregnant or nursing. Just the biotin. You might want to ask your doctor first, regardless. Everybody's body is different.

I agree .....I wouldn't just take someone word.....As a mother of 4 go to the doctors and make sure it is safe....

Thanks for that info... I think I will wait.. Well she will be 1 in May and I plan in weening....repeat Plan on weening then. I guess I will have to wait till then to see if it will work for me. Thanks for the replies.
