I just started th VICL (Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion) - it's really nice just as you said it would be, and I'm doing the Baking Soda 'thing' :lol: to clarify (rinsing out the debris and build -up from the external elements).

I thank God for all of the ladies here on LlHCF. I thank God for you Precious Wavy... :giveheart:

I'm so happy to know you started using it. I love this stuff and can't get enough. It truly keeps my hair soft...even till the next day. I have yet to do the Baking soda...I'm going to have to do that soon.

I plan on doing it now. I am doing a hot oil treatment and I plan on doing a deep condition after I clarify with the BS. Thanks for letting me know, Pokahontas. I'll give you feed back later.

Yes, Shimmie's hair is beautiful! I wish we could see more of it :grin:

I use skin lotion for my hair all the time, whenever I moisturize my hands I just put the remains in the hair :look: been doing that for years! LOL Never really thought about it.

Would you believe that my regime to growth was quite simple? Scissors! Yes :yep: The Scissors! The more I cut my hair, the faster and healthier it keeps growing.

A healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies (raw is better - more nutrients), fiber and protein is key. Less sugar; too much sugar seems to eat the hair away. Lowering my sugar intake made a big difference in my hair growth. :yep:

Isis....I'm loving the SEA Veggies....a lot. My bf says I'm eating 'tree bark' :lol:

Angels...I love you...each one of you. I've learned so much from what you've shared. I now have stronger, healthier hair. :woot:
