And she has a healthy head of her own hair!
I'm watching The View today and they are doing a segment on wigs and weaves!!! Great show segment (so far)!

Anyone else watching?
I'll try to find a link online if one exists

I've seen that one before (it's a rerun) and I was just as surprised as you are. Her hair is way longer than I would have ever suspected, it's just thin. When the episode aired before some posters thought that she perpetuated the idea that black women can't have good looking hair without wigs. I think she's funny though.

While looking for the link, I just saw that it originally aired on Nov. 30th. I don't think she was saying we couldn't have good looking hair. I just thought she was pointing out that if she had all of those different styles done on her own hair, her hair would be fried! And even though her hair was thin, I'm glad too she didn't have the patch baldness going on. And the descriptions of the different types of wigs and weaves were very enlightening and I found out what I was doing wrong with my fall. I guess I won't sell it after all

Sorry this has already been posted-I got excited and didn't bother to check:lachen:

Re the "unbolded": I wish more people would realize this. We look at stars and wonder why our hair doesn't always look like theirs always does. Like someone posted before after seeing Holly Robinson Peete with her real hair, "It's all smoke and mirrors." Is this OT?:spinning:

Cuz you know the unfamous will see a style and be all in the salon talking about "I want my hair like Rhianna's this week and like Beyonce's the next one and then like Eve's and back":lachen:with some untrained stylist with scissors talking about "I can do that!"
