She's doing much better ladies! They sent her home originally on hospice but God had another plan and she's improving.

I texlaxed myself last week. I left it on 10 mins from start to wash-out and was pleased. Unlike other pics of texlaxed heads, I still have an afro (no defined spirals for me), but now I don't have to fight to put it in a bun or fight to part it to wear the twists I'm wearing now.

I did a light relaxer about two weeks ago and my hair is the same way. It's still a fro, no curls. I wasn't expecting any because of my texture. I'm happy with my hair, no more detangling fights, less shrinkage, and overall more happy hair :)
 
I have recently texlaxed after a little more than 6 months being natural. It's not for everyone, but it is for me...I couldn't be happier.
