Just got mine- have the whole line. So far love the oils and leave in. Didn't use the poo yet because for some reason the hair isn't liking poo right now. But everything is yummy. Hope someone else chimes in.:dance7:
 
I wonder if she's really busy :confused: I sent her a pm a few weeks ago asking which products I should try to get the best results, and she hasn't written back. I really wanna try this stuff because it looks promising, but if someone doesn't have good customer service, I just keep it moving :ohwell:
 
So far I like it. :yep: Its been about 3 wks and I've had noticeable growth. (check my fotki) I've also been using Candy C's regimen so it could be a combination of both. I dont care for the shampoo. It tangles my hair and it doesn't lather well. When I asked her about it, she said it was made that way intentionally, lower sulfates being better for hair. Everything else is great! I'm going to keep doing her and Candy C's regimen and see how it goes.
 
I got mine about two weeks ago and I notice a difference (sorry I don't have pictures). What I did notice is that she is extremely fast with shipping the product. I didn't need to wait long at all. She also said she is a nurse that works a complex schedule. So I don't think she is intentionally ignoring PMs. I can say that I bought the two oils and they are light and worth the expense, so much that I gave away my other bottles of hair growth oils for free.
 
I used the products for the first time Saturday and I like the combination so far. I ordered it all except the bhringraj oil, vitamins and coconut oil. I just ordered some coconut oil from somewhere else today though so if that is an essential step I will be adding it hopefully this weekend. However, the products I did use made my hair so unbelieveably soft and shiny at the end it was amazing. Like Lashanne said though the Gro Aut poo doesn't really lather. It reminds me of the experience I had with the Elasta QP cream conditioning poo that's why I prefer the QP for relaxed hair (oops rambling on :look:)

I too had e-mailed her before ordering and she did advise that the Gro Aut poo was a little tangling that is why she recommended the jojoba condish or my own if it was a good one. If you use the jojoba poo after the Gro Aut poo though it lathers alot better and takes out the stiffness that the GA poo causes ( I say stiffness because I don't have long hair so it doesn't really tangle).

Tiffers I think she is just really busy now (don't quote me) because I too e-mailed her a second time and received no response. However, the first time I e-mailed she answered me in like a day or two. Like someone said though I e-mailed her at her site. I pretty much asked her the same type question about which products to use. What impressed me with her and made me decide to give the products a try (besides ingredients) was the fact that she didn't try to push her whole line on me. She did say that the whole line was meant to work together as a system but pinpointed certain combinations to achieve certain things. Like I said she even said that if you already have a good whatever than you can use that. I inquired about whether or not one product had something the other didn't and she graciously broke down what was contained in each. So I was impressed enough to try the products.

I do wish she had been offering the sample kit when I ordered. That way if I didin't like the products I would only be out 29 dollars plus I would have had all the products. Like I said though I ordered the coconut oil from somewhere else. Also because I have the mahabhringraj oil and Gro Aut oil I don't think I will miss the bhringraj oil. Oh yeah as far as smell (because I was afraid of that) the oils do not smell bad at all. They are a lil bit peppery to me but it dissipates quickly. The Gro Aut poo has the same smell like pepper, paprika or something. However, the condish smells good. It smells like the Doo Gro leave in strengthner that comes with their relaxer. Its just a soft smell to it. But yeah I rambled enough so I'm gonna shut up now.

Not to hijack the thread but quick question for the ladies using the system. What are you using for daily moisture the coconut oil, the other oils or your regular moisturizer? I understand the wash day being moisturizing because I assume the oils are sealing in the water we leave in the hair but are the oils themselves moisturizing. Being that they are made with herbs and essential oils I think they may be but not sure. Any help here will be great.
 
I bought the Gro Aut shampoo and growth oil. I have used the shampoo twice. The first time I diluted it, the second time I used it straight. I was told you're suppose to have a tingling sensation with the shampoo and neither time produced that. I will use the shampoo until its gone but I don't think I will be reordering it. The oil I guess is okay but I've added other Indian oils to it: Vatika, Morrocco Method Euro oil, Sessa, etc. I'll have to see when I get my next relaxer whether the growth is there.
 
I ordered the gro out oil only and have used it for about three weeks.. I absolutely love it and have noticeable growth. I will continue to only use this growth aid until I reach midback.

Every morning I spritz my hair with water, apply ORS Olive Oil lotion mostly on my ends, then seal with either caster or coconut oil. Then I bun it up and go to work. When I let it down to massage oils in my scalp at night my hair is very soft/moisturized. Now, I remind you that I wash twice a week and do a amla/shakakai rinse twice a week so my hair doesnt really get a chance to get all oily and weighed down. It's working for me so far!
 
I also ordered the Go-Aut oil and shampoo. I have a half a bottle of oil left and used the shampoo for the first time this weekend.

You only need a very small amount of oil. I've been using too much so I keep cutting back. I like the way my hair feels(natural, flat-ironed) and I like the smell. The instructions said to put the oil on the scalp and the hair. I don't really like it on my hair so I think I'll just use it on my scalp. I haven't noticed any growth yet. I've been using it for 2 weeks.

I bought the kit and have used it twice. I didn't like the fact that the words on the label came off when i used it in the shower:sad:. I have been using the bhrami and bhringraj oil in a mixture with amla, shikakai, jojoba (so all the "different" smells will be used at the same time) and i oil my scalp for an hour and wash it out with mane & tail shampoo then use the gro aut shampoos and conditioner and finish with mane & tail conditioner with coconut and peppermint in it. After i finish and style, i run the gro aut oil in my hair before i walk out- the smell is not bad- i didnt think my dh would like it but he said it was okay. I'm probably going to buy another kit next month i think its a pretty good deal!:rolleyes:
 
I purchased an extra bottle of Gro-Aut oil just in case I run out. I can't really tell how much growth I'm getting because I haven't relaxed yet. I will start tracking my progress after this week.

I also purchased a starter/sample kit for my mother to put in her stocking. I would like for her to be a guinea pig as well. She has been experiencing some thinning around her hair line, edges and nape. I can't wait to see how the products will work for her.

We both have agreed to start tracking the progress after our relaxers in January 2008.
 
I received my trial package of Gro-Aut. I've never really been into Indian hair oils but have decided to take chance. My pack included jojoba shampoo and conditioner, herbal shampoo, coconut oil, mahabhringraj hair growth oil, gro-aut hair oil, and bhringraj hair growth oil. That's a lot of oil!I'll keep everyone posted!:gotroasted:
 
First, let me say that I agree with MzSouthVA. RedTweety B handled the criticism well as I was impressed that she does not force the whole line on you and the products do work great. I bought the Gro-Aut hair oil and the Bhajarani (sp?) oil. I alternate them every other day on my scalp. For moistirizers, I just use my regulars and seal with an oil.
 
Hey guys, are there any updates on this product yet?...just wondering...I just received mine this week but I was hoping there were more people using it so that I can stay inspired. :)
 
Hey longhairdreamzz...I am still going strong with it and liking it still. My hair seems stronger since starting the regimen and also healthier. It definitely looks better and has less breakage. The softness is crazy even after flat ironing. As for growth it seems to be working but I am not sure so I don't wanna proclaim that yet. Waiting to see a dramatic difference before I say yeah it helps growth. We will see in a few months or after my next relaxer. Anyway gurl you are definitley not alone in the journey. Keep us posted on your success.

Love it too much! Just re-upped on everything. Cant speak on growth because I am 13 weeks post and on wig challenge. The conditioner is the perfect leave in and moisture daily. Make the ng soft and comb-able is thats a word. I use all the oil and take the vits too. No complaints here.
 
Mines just arrived today. Its a very small bottle 4 oz. So i am sure its not meant to be used daily or not even every other day. So i am waiting to hear from redd tweety b and her to tell me how often i should use it.
 
I use it daily, but not on my scalp. My hair is definitely stronger and softer and never feels weighed down. I lose less hair when washing too. Since I don't use it on my scalp, I can't comment on growth. This stuff is a keeper.
 
bumping....i wanna know how its going on this....i wanna buy it, but i wanna know about the results before i cut into my hair budget for it.
 
I was going to start a thread also!! Please post all reviews and especially growth results ladies!! On the website it seems that people got alot of growth fairly quickly. :drunk: I ordered some, hope this stuff works!!
