Hi. Just wondering if any of you use this and found success with this or not. How has your hair thrived.

ALSO, how are you using this?

1. As a leave in?

2. Deep conditioner?

3. Both?

I use the mega-tek as a deep conditioner and sometimes a leave-in... I personally like it...

I tried the Mega-tek as a deep conditioner. I didn't like it that much, my hair felt crappy afterward.

I just replied to your post! I did not use the deep con yet. I am waiting for my touch up. When you use it as a leave in, do you find that it leaves a film on your hair?

Not especially as I co-wash almost daily... In the warmer months I would spray my hair with the avocado mist and it was nice, even when dry

I tried it when my hair was breaking and shedding really bad in 2006. It did very little for me and my hair did not like the amount of protein in it and it eventually made my hair hard. I used it as a deep conditon. I really was not impressed with it.

Ive been using Mega Tek for 8 months now. I love it. Its my protein conditioner keeps me breakage free. I use to use it every 2 weeks, but now my hair doesnt have need for much protein anymore so I use it around relaxer time or when I need protein now followed by a moisture conditioner.
