That brands or products do you love or have had great experiences with that just don't seem to get their time to shine.

I'll start

Lanza- they had a GREAT serum and the dry hair detangler conditoner works well for me as a leave in in rollersetting
 
Peter Coppola Extreme Repair Double Latte Conditioner (with Soygen Complex). I know, I know long *** name, but it's truely heaven! I bought it in TJMaxx for $7.99 for 32oz pump bottle. Strenthens and softens my hair like nobody's business.
 
Activate hair repair- detangles like nobodys business. Unfortunately it can only be gotten online now. But it is still worth it
 
Activate Hair Repair (great slip, shine, scent and ingredients...I will keep this in my stash forever!)
Karen's Body Beautiful hair milk (she definitely doesn't get the recogntion she deserves....great natural ingredients that make the hair look and feel nice)
Shea Terra Organics virgin coconut cream (yummy yummy pure coconut cream that doesn't weigh your hair down)
Phytojojoba intense hydrating mask (super moisturizing and will make your hair feel fabulous....worth every penny!)

I bought this conditioner in TJMaxx or someplace similar. I couldn't resist the product bargains and bought a few conditioners. I was thinking about giving them away. I'll have to try it out this weekend. Do you use it as a deep conditioner or rinse out?

Raven, I've been eyeing the Crede ER conditioner and treatment for awhile. Can you tell me how the conditioner is? Moisturizing, slip? Also have you tried the protein treatment? These are forever on my wish list but I don't see much around here about these products.

The conditioner is great. Very moisturizing and makes hair easy to detangle. The shampoo seems to have a lot of protein in it. It smells like DRC-28 and other protein treatments to me and it's watery like a protein treatment. The shampoo and conditioner work well together -- the shampoo strengthens and the conditioner softens.

I second this with both hands. This is the best conditioner. Polly and Co has a big size (16 oz) for a very good price. And for me, this conditioner is worth every penny.

My little known gem is ICON Inner-home Moisture Mask - it's a deep conditioner that you really do have to use for at least 15 minutes and longer with heat is even better. This is super moisturizing giving soft, detangled, beautiful hair.

No prob- it's a deep conditioner that I like to use after I poo. It's really really thick. Smells nice-no strong scent. The conditioner is a great detangler. I use it on my natural 4a/4b hair and the comb glides thru. My hair dries soft and it doesn't leave any residue.

The Activate line used to be in stores like Ulta, Walgreens, but about a couple months ago, all of the products were put on clearance. I have searched all over for more Activate, but to no avail. The only way to get it is through the online activatebeauty website or ebay. I still am a little off put by ordering online tho since I am used to getting it in the stores.

Although the Activate line was created for Latina women, it works on any type of hair. When I found out how good it was, I tried to get as many as possible-since it was on clearance. I wasn't able to get a lot tho. :ohwell: Anyways- here are the ingredients to hair repair.-

Ingredients:
Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Panthenol (Vitamin B-5), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Fruit Extract, Silybum Marianum Fruit Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Seawater, Soy Amino Acids, Coccoloba Uvifera Extract, Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter, Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract, Tocopherol, Nymphaea Alba Root Extract, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Fragrance, Phenoxythanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben

ETA: it's $6.99 for 5 oz online.

I really love B's Perfect for Perm Satin Deep conditioner--it's really hard to find though and that's why it's not a staple for me...it's hard to find-even on the internet.

Alba's Unpetroleum--looks just like the real deal but it doesn't have any petroleum, petrolatum or mineral oils or any thing bad. It's all natural and the main ingredients include castor oil. I use this to seal my ends and it makes my hair soft and shiny. I'm really surprized that PJs haven't discovered this on yet.
 
Anita Grant's Rhassoul Deep Condish.
This stuff is supposedly exclusively for naturals,but i'm relaxed and i tried this stuff and i love it!
As long as i can afford it i will keep buying it.
Shoo,i just broke my pockets for some more of it:grin:.
It leaves my hair so very soft and touchable. I used it after my joico deep condition and reconstructor,and i can tell the difference when i don't use it after i use these.
Don't get me wrong,i love my Joico,but this adds more oomph to the end results.
 
Here are my GEMS, these products are the BEST for my hair.

Castor oil- Best oil hands down!

Ojon Tawaka Rejuventating Cream-This is my staple daily moisturizer. I will never give this stuff up. It moisturizes, smooths, and makes my normally dry brittle hair oh so soft. I cant say enough good things about this product.

WEN Cleansing Conditioner- This is another fav, I use the fig, lanvender and tea tree and will never go back to shampoo. This product does everything it claims and my hair always comes out soft and moisturized.

Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor- A new find for me. I tried this product during my last wash and it stopped a lot of breakage and shedding on my 17 week post hair. love, love, love it!!!

I use it as a leave in and detangler. I put it in my hair and it makes it feel soft and I can comb right through it. I put it on my hair before braid outs and my hair comes out nice and soft the next morning. Its really helped me stretch my relaxers.
 
Salon Exclusive Moistsilk conditioner- my old stylist used to use this. Its a creamy conditioner that used to give my hair so soft, like a fluffy pillow despite how much blowfrying my hair might have gone through. I just found a place that sells it so I plan on treating myself to a big container of it for Christmas.

What does the bottle look like? I think I saw this in Big Lots today...:scratchch

ETA: I looked it up online, these are the same products I saw a Big Lots Today! They have a whole stock of these products . I saw 2.50 price tags on the products.Maybe you could check your local Big Lots...

thx southernjewel- i tried my big lots in my area tho and they didn't have any :sad: i guess it depends on the area

I third this as well. I'm a fan of Phyto products although their CS sucks.

Another one of my favorites is Oscar Blandi Trattamento al Fango. That stuff is amazing.
