When I do use shampoo which is rare I dilute with.

Water and oils

I start of with olive oil and then will add one more (whatever is in my arsenal at the time)

I have shampoo that I have had for a very very long while.

wow, I've never done that before...is it less harsh, I mean what are the benefits? I've recently purchase clarifying shampoo and a baby shampoo.

I dilute my shampoo with water and put it in a bottle with a nozzle on top so that I can really apply the shampoo to my scalp more so than my hair strands/ends.

It really does lather nicely when diluted.

That's a good idea.

I hadnt thought about that. I have just been using itzie bitzie amount and rub my hand together. Wet my hair in shower and massage it in near the roots. I am going to try that dye bottle method, great idea!

I started diluting my shampoo several weeks ago and I LOOOOVEEE it!!!

I pour one cup of water into a spray bottle and then I add 3 teaspoons of Cream of Nature (green bottle) shampoo. I shake it up and oversaturate my hair with it. No dryness and it my hair and scalp feel sooooo clean!!!

Lately I only shampoo after a henna treatment, but when I did poo I always diluted it. I keep an empty bottle in the shower. I add 1 cap of poo then 16oz of water and shake.
