I'm not sure about this. I mean, it it's chemical free what is the non-chemical ingredient that causes the hair to staighten?
I know what you mean. :ohwell:
I thought about comparing the ingredients list to what I already have.
I wonder if they are pushing hair gel as a relaxer?

After reading the instructions, I'd say it is too much trouble!
Up to 9 hours they say. By that time I'd be ready to wash my hair and start over again.
I just want my hair to be easier to comb.:ohwell: It doesn't have to be bone-straight, but I don't want to be ripped off either...know what I mean?

Is it the msm in it that loosen curl pattern. I wonder.
Looking at the ingredient cant see what chemical, r they hidding something.
I have to agree with other poster that its too much stress, since you have to flat iron after use.

It doesn't look like it reverts when you wash - says it takes a few weeks after last application for hair to begin to revert...I would be willing to try this in twists since it looks like you can form it to curlers -- it might be a great anti-humectant for naturals that wear their hair mostly straight, or relaxed folks that work out alot.

Says it contains MSM -- could this be the straightening agent? We've heard that it has that effect on some folks here that take it orally - i.e. it loosens their texture.

:scratchchHmmmm. Something to think about.
Thanks.

You're welcome. I hope it works out for you. :yep:
I can't however endorse it, so if you decide to try it, please let us know the results. It's not sold here where I live.

I tried it and it works but, it takes forever. You have to go through the process something like 4 times to get any major changes. I only did it 3 times (about 6 mths- a year apart) and each time, it made my hair slightly looser (from 4b to 3c). I haven't bothered with it since. I can't sleep/sit for 8 hours with rollers.
