Any updates for Andrew Lessman's hair vits ?

My nails are still growing hard as all get out. My hair seems to be growing in stronger. My newgrowth is thicker, like each strand.

My new growth just seems coarser, is yours like this too ? I took it mostly for my nails but I don't see a change in them. I feel like stopping taking them, but then I spent so much $ on them .
Maybe my body doesn't agree with Biotin and MSM, I'm seriously starting to think that.

I just bought these in Sept. but I'm still using my old ones from last year (the one's with the Co Q10 from the special last Nov.)...I'll be starting the new ones in a few days. From my experience with the ones I'm taking now, it took about 4 months to really notice my new growth was looser as it grew in, and for my nails, about 4-6 months for me to think "WOW" as I looked at my hands.

I have been taking them as well and I haven't noticed much difference in my hair. My nails however, seem to growing faster and stronger. For those who are experiencing hair growth are you taking these vits in conjunction with anything else? I am taking only a centrum multi vitamin in addition to this.

Oh Yes, I am taking 60 mg of biotin,a amino acid complex by Solgar and two green food mix capsules.

I know how you feel no change in hair or nails for me. I'm trying to keep at it because they cost so much but by this time on the nioxin I had results

Wow, that's a long time. Part of me feels like the only reason i want to continue taking them is b/c of the $$$ I dished out for 500 capsules . As I read the reviews on the HSN website for these vitamins, I'm impressed, then I look at my hair and nails, and i'm like . My new growth is still coarse and tight and my nails still brittle.

I have some of these at home. Havent taken them yet. Im afraind of breakouts. Anyone getting breakouts? I will beging them on the first to see what they are about.

I've used them in the past and I didn't break out. I'm thinking of repurchasing. I beleive they helped my hair health over time.
